The hotel boasts a perfect location very close to a beautiful forest with exceptional views. It is conveniently situated just off the Königswinter train station, making it a cozy place next to the Rhein and the city center.

Thanks to the amicable staff everything was good, including variety of delicious food. It was fantastic, new-fashioned and with balcony. There were a private safe, a mini-bar, and central heating when we arrived.

The breakfast was mega, the choice was huge and there was everything what the heart desires, the price is justified in any case, dinner as buffet or from the menu very tasty and qualitatively very good, beds very comfortable, very large TV and Sky for free, staff very attentive, wellness area sufficient, location good

Defects can be found if you look for them, paint residues on windows, craftsmen simply did not work properly, traces of use on walls, etc. but this did not affect our recreational effect, It is a pity that the wellness area is so neglected. A sauna is defective, the relaxation room is closed, no functioning foot basins. One could really make much more out of it. Besides the cleaners could be a little more thorough. Fitness equipment is all defective except for one treadmill.

The sports offer of the hotel is very interesting, the hotel offers many possibilities. The breakfast and the location of the restaurant are very good. The breakfast offer should leave nothing to be desired. The room is interestingly furnished and is dominated by the oversized television. The bed is great!. When I checked out in the morning I complained about the cleanliness of the room and was spontaneously given breakfast. A nice gesture.

The corridors in the hotel need urgent renovation. The "design" is really no longer up to date. I've rarely seen such a dirty hotel room. The black floor is covered with dirt and dust, the shelves are covered with dust and water stains from the previous room. The toilet either ancient and already started or, I dare not think about it any further. The many fingerprints on tiles and switches didn't scare you anymore. I complained about it when I checked out and hope that it just gets better or it was just a stupid coincidence.

Loved the countryside location, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The Wintergarten restaurant served delicious snacks all day long. Enjoyed the indoor pool, spa tub, and sauna. Free WiFi throughout the property was a bonus. Had a tasty meal at the restaurant.

Yeah, nothing to complain about here, everything was just fabulous!

The location was perfect for us: just 5 min. from the highway, but still very quiet and green. We had a large family room with a large roofed balcony. The swimming pool (partly inside, partly outside) is very nice. The breakfast buffet was good and there is an excellent Italian restaurant right next to the hotel (at the golfcourse).

The hotel is quite old-fashioned and really needs some re-decorating. The hotel consists of several buildings linked together by corridors and is therefore quite a maze.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel.We got a great welcome from Raoul at reception who showed us to our room and made every effort to accomodate our three children in an interconnecting room to ourselves. There was ample space but he went out of his way to help.The food was superb,the facilities wonderful and sunshine everyday! We adored the outside pool and my husband loved the various saunas. The golf club restaurant next door was also a favourite spot for us for pizzas during the week as well as visiting the pony club. We will return to this hotel and felt we got great value. We would love however if wi fi could be free of charge or at least far cheaper. A.C. would have been the icing on the cake as the rooms were stifling at night time! We would highly recommend this hotel! Enjoy!

Great staff, offered extra hour for wellness facilities. Excellent location near motorway, value for money. Pets stay free, parking free. Pool and sauna open, late check out. Friendly receptionist, clean rooms, comfortable beds. Quiet location. Good wifi.

The stay was wonderful. This hotel is luxurious, clean, and quiet. It is a countryclub hotel, locatedin the country, away from big city events, the only thing next to it is an italian restaurant. But the hotel offers a very good cuisine also. Will stay there again as soon as I learn they have wifi.

There is no wifi available. We paid for it but got our money back as it did not work. So if one is hooked on internet,you have a problem. If one is just a normal person, there is no problem.

The staff was very helpful and competent - we would stay here again. We had an impressive room with an exceptional view in this upgraded hotel. the place had a unique atmosphere. We got a great breakfast served, and appreciated the location in the city center, with free Wi-Fi and great service.
